Preventive Maintenance Programs

Most commercial facilities are expected to service their equipment at least twice a year. We turn that obligation into a scheduled, documented program that protects your warranties, reduces breakdowns and keeps your floor safe.

A preventive maintenance program is the difference between equipment that quietly degrades and equipment that performs for its full service life. We inspect, lubricate, calibrate, tighten and test every machine on a scheduled visit — catching wear before it becomes a breakdown, a warranty void, or a liability on your floor.

For most corporate fitness centres and commercial facilities, manufacturers expect servicing at least twice a year to keep warranties valid. We build that into a fixed schedule — typically biannual or quarterly — available as a monthly, quarterly or biannual service contract or service agreement, with documented inspection reports you can hand to ownership, your insurer, or a warranty claim. Condominium and property managers, who rarely have these relationships in place, get the same program without having to build it from scratch.

Questions From Facility & Property Managers

How often should commercial fitness equipment be serviced?
Most manufacturers expect commercial equipment to be serviced at least twice a year to keep warranties valid; high-traffic facilities often benefit from quarterly visits. We build the right cadence into a fixed program and document every visit.
Will a maintenance program keep our warranties valid?
Yes — documented, scheduled servicing is exactly what manufacturers require to honour commercial warranties. We provide service reports you can keep on file for any warranty claim.
Do condos and property managers need this too?
Especially. Unlike corporate facilities, condo amenity gyms rarely have a service relationship, which creates liability and shortens equipment life. A documented program protects the corporation and the board.
What does a program cost?
It's quoted per facility based on equipment count and visit cadence, as one predictable program cost rather than surprise repair bills. Request an assessment for an exact figure.
